Welcome to Padbury Playgroup

Padbury Playgroup is a not-for-profit community playgroup centre under the banner of Playgroup WA (Inc.).

Since its inception in 1990, Padbury Playgroup has grown into the largest playgroup in WA, proudly run by a group of volunteer mums. We’re passionate about having a safe and fun place for our children to explore, play and make connections and where families, caregivers and kids aged 0 to 5 years - can connect and support one another. After all, it takes a village! So let's be each other's village.

Here at Padbury Playgroup we value:

  1. The importance of play in the development and learning of children.

  2. The role of parents, families and communities in supporting the well-being of young children.

  3. The role of playgroup in supporting families with young children.

Our indoor toys cater for babies through to five years of age. They have been carefully selected for sensory engagement, imaginative and collaborative play and education.

They allow children to build upon their motor and cognitive skills, hand eye coordination, explore pretend play and are focused on exchanging ideas and working together.

Our large range of outdoor toys and equipment promote balance and coordination, develop muscle strength, and gain self-confidence.

We encourage sensory play with our mud kitchen, sand pit and water stations.

The Padbury Playgroup centre is completely fenced so you can relax knowing your children are safe while they play outside. Our facilities have a small kitchen where our caregivers can make themselves a hot drink or warm and prepare food for their babies and kids.

We hope to see you and your little ones soon!
